Where to do it: Pollock Country Park in the woods but any two objects anywhere might do
How to do it: Pick two objects and jump from one to the other. Gradually scale up the distance between, height and stability of the object. After practice jumping from a stable log to a log that will role. You will need to take the forward momentum out of your jump by curving your trajectory and cushioning your landing. It’s all about control.
Care: Beware slips, check your landing point before jumping.
